This project completely redesigned the style of this 1950’s Ranch House. An entirely new second floor was added creating space with the use of dormers and steeper roof pitches in order to keep the scale of the house consistent with the neighborhood.
The house sits on a corner lot which allows for water views from the Master Bedroom.
